- 1. Go to the TikTok account settings page.
- 2. Select all data or choose 'Custom' and select your posts.
- 3. Either a TXT or JSON file will work.
- 4. Request your data.
- 5. Once it is available, download the file.
- 6. Unzip the file you downloaded and locate the Posts.txt or Posts.json file (TikTok > Posts > Posts.(txt/json)).
- 7. Upload this file by using the upload button above.
- 8. Download your videos!
